Churches must meet the following requirements and provide the necessary documentation:
1. Senior Pastor’s Information:
Full Name, Contact Details (Phone Number and Email Address), National Identification Number (NIN), Residential Address.
2. Senior Pastor’s Spouse’s Information:
Full Name, Contact Details (Phone Number and Email Address), National Identification Number (NIN), Residential Address.
3. Assistant Pastor’s Information:
Full Name, Contact Details (Phone Number and Email Address), National Identification Number (NIN), Residential Address.
4. Deacon/Elder Information:
Full Names of either Deacon or Elder, Contact Details (Phone Numbers and Email Addresses), National Identification Numbers (NINs), Roles and Responsibilities within the Church.
5. Church Details:
Official Name of the Church, Physical Address and Location, Contact Information (Phone Number and Email Address), Date of Establishment, Registration Certificate (if applicable).
6. Letter from the Local Council (LC).
A formal letter from the Local Council (LC) confirming the existence and operations of the church within the community. The letter must be signed and stamped by the LC Chairperson.
The SACCO reserves the right to verify all information provided before approving membership. This list ensures transparency and proper verification to support the mission and objectives of MCCC SACCO.
7. Financial Requirements
a) Membership Fee
A non-refundable membership fee of UGX 100,000 is required upon joining the SACCO.
This fee grants the church official entry into Miracle Centre SACCO and facilitates administrative processing.
b) Share Capital Contribution
Each church is required to purchase at least one (1) share, in compliance with SACCO regulations.
- Cost per share: UGX 100,000
- Churches are encouraged to purchase more shares if possible
Purpose of Shares:
Shares represent ownership in the SACCO and entitle the church to earn dividends at the end of each financial year and also entitles the church to one vote when there is a decision being make by the SACCO.
b) Weekly Savings Commitment
The church leadership must select a preferred weekly savings plan from the following options:
- UGX 15,000
- UGX 25,000
- UGX 50,000
Once a savings package is selected, the church is expected to consistently save that amount or more, but not below the chosen threshold.
This promotes financial discipline and enhances the church’s borrowing capacity within the SACCO.

Members must fill out and sign a membership application form. SACCO reserves the right to verify all information provided during the registration process. This membership structure ensures active participation, transparency, and a commitment to the collective growth and prosperity of the MCCC SACCO.
